Most research chemical suppliers rely on manufacturer-issued certificates of analysis, documents that serve commercial interests rather than scientific ones. Independent verification removes that conflict entirely.

Sourcing
Precision at every stage, from synthesis to seal.
Every compound we carry is synthesised to research-grade specification, lyophilised for shelf stability, and sealed under controlled conditions. We stock only what we can verify, and we don't chase the cheapest supplier.
Handling matters as much as sourcing. A compound is only as good as what happens to it after it's made, so we pay attention to every step: temperature control during transit, light protection, humidity, moisture barriers. Everything is documented, nothing is assumed.
Delivery
Cold-chain shipping, nationwide.
Peptide integrity degrades with heat. Every order dispatched from Eterna Peptides travels in an insulated outer box with a frozen cold pack included as standard. We ship nationwide across New Zealand and aim to dispatch all orders within one to two business days of payment confirmation.
A tracking number is issued by email at the time of dispatch, so you can monitor your shipment from our facility to your door. If something goes wrong in transit, we want to know within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Eterna Peptides is the consumer brand. Eterna Labs is the New Zealand company that operates it. We are an online-only business with no retail presence, which lets us invest everything into what matters: better testing, better packaging, better logistics, better customer experience.
We started Eterna Peptides because the existing options in this market cut corners in ways that shouldn't be acceptable for research-grade supply. Untested compounds. Dubious packaging. Payment channels that disappear overnight. Websites that look like they were built in 2008. Research deserves better supply infrastructure than that.
We're building slowly and carefully, starting with 13 core compounds across 8 research categories. Every decision we make, from the typography on our product labels to the courier we choose, is filtered through the same question: does this live up to the work researchers are trusting us to support?
