Volume discounts are applied automatically and do not require a coupon code.
We ship within New Zealand only. Dispatch timelines and estimated delivery windows are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch. Due to the nature of research chemicals and the cold-chain requirements involved, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched. Exceptions apply only where items arrive damaged in transit, where incorrect products are sent, or where items are missing from the order. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Eterna Labs and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of any product sold on this site.
