Peptide stability is temperature-sensitive. Lyophilised compounds are far more resilient than reconstituted solutions, but sustained heat exposure during transit still compromises purity over time. Cold-chain packaging is not a premium option at Eterna Peptides — it is our baseline standard on every order, regardless of order size or destination.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within one to two business days of payment clearance. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be queued for the next available business day.
A tracking number will be sent to your email address at the time of dispatch. If you have not received a tracking notification within two business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at eternalabsnz@gmail.com.
Every Eterna Peptides order is packed in a rigid insulated box with a frozen cold pack enclosed. Vials are individually wrapped and secured to prevent movement in transit. Our packaging is designed to maintain low temperatures for 24 to 48 hours under normal ambient conditions, covering the full delivery window for most New Zealand destinations.
We ship via New Zealand's leading domestic courier network. Exact carrier details are provided with your tracking notification at dispatch. All deliveries require a signature on receipt where possible — please ensure someone is available at the delivery address, or provide authority to leave instructions during checkout.
The following estimates reflect transit times after dispatch and are provided as a guide only. Rural deliveries may be subject to additional delays beyond what is listed.

If your order arrives damaged, or if items are missing from your package, please contact us at eternalabsnz@gmail.com within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time. Include your order number and photographs of the packaging and affected items. Claims submitted outside this window cannot be assessed. We will review each case and advise on the appropriate resolution.
International shipping is not currently offered. All orders must be placed with a New Zealand delivery address.
